❶ Select the wood style and size you desire. We have premium walnut and maple available in a variety of sizes. See Photos for available options.

❷ Select an engraving Design. This will determine the size and style of your engraving. See photos for available options.

❸ Enter the text including last name, and established date (if applicable). Please include any additional instructions if you require them. Anything not included will be omitted from the engraving.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 beeswax, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞. Each board arrives in an fully seasoned state, with the first coat of mineral oil applied so you're able to use right away. Our special blend of oil is food safe as well as odorless, colorless, and tasteless. After your board arrives, add your preferred oil or creams to continue to season the board. A full care and maintenance guide is included with each board purchase.

Yes, we offer engraving and personalization on select products. It's a great way to add a special touch to a gift or create a unique keepsake. Contact us with any questions.
Can I customize the size or design of a product?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Many of our products can be customized in size, wood type and finish. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll be happy to discuss the possibilities.
How do I care for my Ryan's Woodworking product?
The best thing you can use on your wood is our Beeswax Blend. Rub a little into cutting boards and other wood pieces every few months to keep the wood from drying and cracking. One 4 oz can lasts for years.
Avoid harsh chemicals: don't use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Protect from heat and moisture: use coasters and trivets.
Returns and exchanges

Returns & Refund Policy

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged Items & Engraving Errors

We do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases only:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with an engraving mistake caused by us

  • Items that are incorrect from what was approved or ordered

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Natural Wood Disclaimer (No Returns)

All of our products are made from real, natural wood.
Because of this:

  • Wood grain, color, knots, and texture will vary

  • Every item is one of a kind

  • Your item may look different than the listing photos

These natural variations are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items approved prior to engraving

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Orders with correct engraving and craftsmanship

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item qualifies due to damage or engraving error, we will replace it or refund it at our discretion.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery only if the item is not customized or personalized and is returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
