Order Processing
All items are made to order. Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, Ryanβs Woodworking is not responsible for delays in transit.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows that your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier concludes their investigation and confirms the package is lost with no resolution, Ryanβs Woodworking will replace or refund the order at our discretion.
Marked as Delivered
If tracking information shows that an order has been marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
