    Order Processing

    All items are made to order. Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


    Shipping & Delivery

    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Once an order has been shipped, Ryan’s Woodworking is not responsible for delays in transit.


    Lost in Transit

    If your tracking shows that your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

    If the carrier concludes their investigation and confirms the package is lost with no resolution, Ryan’s Woodworking will replace or refund the order at our discretion.


    Marked as Delivered

    If tracking information shows that an order has been marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

    In these cases:

    • You must contact the carrier directly

    • You may need to file a police report or carrier claim

    • Any replacement order will require a new purchase at the customer’s expense

    We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates closely.


    Incorrect Shipping Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
