Most questions are answered below. If something is wrong with your order, use the Report a problem form at the bottom of this page and Ryan will personally look into it.
When will my order ship?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days (larger bulk orders 7–14 business days), then Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days in transit. Express and Overnight are available at checkout. Need it by a certain date? Use the delivery-date box in the Production & shipping section on any product page, or contact us before ordering.
Where is my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships (check your spam or promotions folder too). Once it ships, delivery times are up to the carrier. If tracking has not moved for several days, or it shows delivered but you do not have it, use the form below and choose “Order has not arrived.”
Can I see my design before you engrave?
Yes. Our design tool shows a live preview on the product page while you design, so you see your design before you order. We do not send separate proofs by email. If you have any questions about your design, reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible using the form below (choose “Change or cancel my order”). We will do our best to help if your item has not been engraved yet. Once a personalized item has been engraved it cannot be cancelled.
My item arrived damaged or the engraving is wrong
We are sorry! Please report it within 48 hours of delivery using the form below and add clear photos of the item (and the box, if it was damaged in shipping) right in the form. We review every claim and will make it right.
Can I return an item?
Because every item is made to order and most are personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Natural wood grain and color vary from piece to piece and are not defects. See our full return and refund policy.
