❖ Material: Tunisian Olive Wood, derived from Chemlali olive trees variety (darker than other varieties).
❖ Wood Characteristics: Very hard and strong. Olive Wood is durable and moisture-resistant hardwood. Will last you a lifetime!
❖ Colour: Deep brown with strong oil-like grain pattern. Naturally darkens with use. As a natural product, color may vary from listing photos.
❖ Grain & Texture: Our olive wood is very rich with beautiful and strong grain character. Grain and colour can vary as each piece is unique.

♻️♻️CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in warm water with regular soap. If it ever looks dry, use pure olive oil or beeswax. Just a little dab on a paper towel will be
plenty.
Do not soak in water and do not wash in the dishwasher.
Do not expose to heat or sunshine.

Can I customize the size or design of a product?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Many of our products can be customized in size, wood type and finish. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll be happy to discuss the possibilities.
How do I care for my Ryan's Woodworking product?
The best thing you can use on your wood is our Beeswax Blend. Rub a little into cutting boards and other wood pieces every few months to keep the wood from drying and cracking. One 4 oz can lasts for years.
Avoid harsh chemicals: don't use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Protect from heat and moisture: use coasters and trivets.
Returns and exchanges

Returns & Refund Policy

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged Items & Engraving Errors

We do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases only:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with an engraving mistake caused by us

  • Items that are incorrect from what was approved or ordered

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

All of our products are made from real, natural wood.
Because of this:

  • Wood grain, color, knots, and texture will vary

  • Every item is one of a kind

  • Your item may look different than the listing photos

These natural variations are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items approved prior to engraving

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Orders with correct engraving and craftsmanship

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item qualifies due to damage or engraving error, we will replace it or refund it at our discretion.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery only if the item is not customized or personalized and is returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
