Corporate Gifts With Your Logo: An Executive Assistant's Ordering Guide
If you are the person who gets asked to "find something nice with our logo on it" for clients, the team or the holiday party, this guide is for you. It covers what to order at each budget, how to see your logo on the gift before you buy, what it costs in bulk and how long it takes, so you can place the order once and get it right.
The short version
- No minimum. Order one sample or a few hundred.
- Bulk pricing applies itself at checkout, per product: 5–10 items 5% off, 11–25 items 10%, 26–50 items 12%, 51+ items 15%. Custom logo glassware goes further: any quantity from 1 to 1,000, up to 55% off per glass at 500+.
- You see your logo on the product before you pay. The live preview is your proof.
- Timing: made to order in 3–5 business days; bulk orders 7–14 business days; 100+ glasses 10–14 business days. Shipping time comes on top.
- Christmas 2026 order-by dates: Standard shipping by Dec 9, Express by Dec 14, Overnight by Dec 16.

Step 2: See your logo on every gift at once
At the top of Personalize Your Product there is a "Put your logo here" box. Upload your logo once and it appears on every product on the page, so you can compare a whiskey glass, a cutting board and a domino set side by side. Click any product and your logo is already loaded in the design tool, where you can move it, resize it and see exactly how it will look.
That live preview is your proof. We do not email separate proofs; the preview picture and your original logo file are saved with the order, and that is what we engrave from.
Step 3: Get the logo file right
- Best: a PNG with a transparent background, or an SVG. A large, sharp file works better than a screenshot.
- Engraving is one shade. On glass it comes out frosted white; on wood it comes out dark. Color logos are converted automatically, and the preview shows the result. Printed items keep your colors.
- Very thin lines and tiny text can fill in when engraved. If your logo has fine print, check it in the preview and size it up.
- Have a note for us, like "center the logo" or "use the white version"? There is an Extra info box on every product.
Step 4: Quantities and bulk pricing
There is nothing to ask for: the bulk discount is added automatically in the cart, based on how many of the same product you order.

Custom logo glassware (pints, wine, whiskey, shot glasses and more) uses its own deeper pricing: type any quantity from 1 to 1,000 and the per-glass price drops as you go, up to 55% off at 500+. The bulk discount does not combine with other discount codes; the bigger saving applies.
Step 5: Work back from your date
Every piece is made to order in our Texas shop:
- Most orders: 3–5 business days to make, then shipping.
- Bulk orders: 7–14 business days to make.
- 100+ glasses: 10–14 business days to make.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days; Express and Overnight are available at checkout. Each product page has a "Need it by a certain date?" box: enter your ZIP and date and it shows which shipping speed gets there in time.
For Christmas 2026 delivery, order by: Dec 9 with Standard shipping, Dec 14 with Express, Dec 16 with Overnight. For a big order, give yourself an extra week.
Step 6: Ordering and paperwork
Most orders go straight through checkout with a card or Shop Pay, and shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. For a large or mixed order, a quote, or anything that does not fit the website, use the form on our Corporate Gifting page and Ryan will get back to you personally.
Questions we get from assistants
Is there a minimum order?
No. Many people order one first to see it in person.
Can I mix different products?
Yes. The bulk discount counts each product separately, so 12 cutting boards and 12 domino sets each get the 11–25 tier. (Logo glassware has its own quantity pricing, shown on the product page.)
Can you match our brand colors?
Engraving is one shade (frosted on glass, dark on wood), which looks clean and high-end on any logo. Printed items keep your colors.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send photos within 30 days of delivery through our Help page and we will remake it. No need to send anything back.
