OUR OLIVE WOOD STORY

Our products are sustainably sourced from olive trees that are more than 300 years old. These trees have ceased to produce olives and with their olive-producing days behind them, they are given a new life in our family of products. These olive trees are harvested in Berdorf of Carcassonne, in the south of France, and handcrafted in Germany.
Each product tells a story, olive wood has some of the most unique grain out of any wood and it shines through in our products. These products come from a family-run company it has been doing this for generations and each piece is hand-cut, shaped, sanded, and sealed from our home to yours. Hours of manual labor go into each piece and no two pieces are alike.
By supporting our small business you are supporting business locally and abroad. We work with suppliers all around the world to bring you the best products that money can buy. It's not every day that you see amazing products like this that are perfect for gifts of any occasion.
Shipping
General Orders
- Processing Time: Most orders take 3–5 business days to be handmade and prepared for shipping
- Shipping Time: Once ready, it will typically take 3–5 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier and destination
- Carriers: We ship via USPS and Ups. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Activation: Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the tracking email.
Bulk Orders
- Processing Time: Bulk orders require mire time to craft and process. Please allow 7-14 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: Once completed, bulk orders will also take 3–5 business days to ship via USPS or UPS.
- Tracking Activation: Similar to general orders, tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Where's my package?
- Tracking Updates: Once your package has shipped, we have access to the same tracking information as you. If the tracking shows that your package is stuck or delayed, we recommend reaching out to USPS or UPS directly for more information.
- Lost or Stuck Packages: If your package has been stuck for an extended period or is marked as lost, please contact us so we can assist you with a replacement. Need Assistance? If you have any additional questions or concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to help!
- If your package has been marked delivered, but you did not receive a delivery, wait a few days to see if the shipment shows up. We also recommend checking with neighbors nearby for delivery errors. We are not responsible for delivery driver errors or for packages stolen after delivery.
HOLIDAY SEASON
During the holiday season (late November through end of December), fulfillment times are slightly longer and a notice will be posted during the holiday season to inform customers of holiday order deadlines.
Returns and exchanges
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
Unfortunately, because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, making it unique and non-refundable.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the personalization, we’ve got you covered! Simply reach out to us, and we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we will either:
• Provide you with a return label to send the item back, or
• Send you a replacement item free of charge.
